Where's the Design Preview Image in the Order?

Charmi automatically generates an image preview of the base product with the selected additional products, such as charms or pendants. You can find this preview inside the order.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Orders page in Shopify and open the order.

Here you can will see all the products as a part of the bundle.

2. Find the base product, such as the chain, necklace, or bracelet.
3. Click the chevron down icon to view more information.

4. You will find the design preview there. Click the image to download it.

5. Open the downloaded image.

Done! You now have an image preview of the base product with the selected charms or pendants, so you know exactly how your customer wants their jewelry piece to be created.
