What is a Fixed Price Discount?

A fixed price discount is a type of discount that reduces the product price to a specified amount. For example, if you set a fixed-amount discount of $80 and the customer selects products totaling $100, then the discount is applied and the customer would pay $80 at checkout.

Please make sure of the following:

• Products have a valid price: Ensure each product has a set price (do not set the price to $0.00, unless you want to set it as free), as our application uses these prices to calculate the total. Shopify will always re-calculate the total price of the box totaling the price of products.

• Discount Limitations: A fixed price discount will only apply if the total price of products in the box is greater than the fixed discount amount. If the total price is less than the discount, Shopify will display the actual products total at checkout—not your discounted fixed price.
