How to Set Minimum Purchase Quantity or Amount

If you want your customers to select at least a certain number of products or spend a minimum amount before continuing to the next step, you can set up a purchase rule in your builder.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Boxi app admin dashboard and select your builder
2. Click on the first product step in your builder

3. Scroll down to the 'Purchase rules' section and click Add rule

4. From the dropdown, select the rule you want to use for this step - for this guide, we’ll choose “Minimum quantity of items.”

5. Next to the selected rule, enter the required value or amount, depending on the rule you selected

• For example, if you enter 6, customers must add at least 6 products to the box in this step.

5. Click Save to apply your changes
6. Make the same with other product steps if you want to control how many products should be in the box
7. Now open your builder and test it

Your purchase rule is active and helps ensure customers meet your minimum box requirements before checkout.
