How to Cancel My Subscription

To cancel your subscription, the only way is to uninstall the app.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Boxi app admin dashboard
2. Tap the three dots '...' in the top right-hand corner
3. Click Uninstall

3. Click Uninstall again to confirm.

✅ Done!

You have uninstalled the app which automatically cancelled your subscription.
