How to Add Pre-Selected Products to Your Box?

Pre-selected products are items you add to the box before your customer starts building it. They are automatically included and appear in the builder as already selected.

Why Use Pre-Selected Products?

Pre-selecting products can be useful when:

• You want to include required items (e.g., the box itself, a gift cup, packaging, accessories)
• You want to simplify the building process and reduce the number of steps for the customer
• You want to set a fixed price for the box (the pre-selected product can carry the box cost)

Steps to Add a Pre-Selected Product

1. Open the Boxi app admin dashboard and click on your builder from the list
2. Navigate to the Pre-selected products section and click on it

3. Click Browse

4. Select products you want to include by default in your box and click **Add **(you can add up to 10 products)

5. Our pre-selected product has been added. Save your changes

6. Now please go and check the box of your builder

✅ Done!

Your box now includes a pre-selected product, the price of which will be included in the final cost of the box.
