How to Fix 'The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location'
If your customers see the following error message:

This error usually means that one or more of the products in your bundle are not included in a shipping profile that allows delivery to the customer’s region.
Why This Happens
Shopify requires that all products in a single order be covered by at least one common shipping profile and delivery zone.
If even one item in the bundle isn’t included in that profile, Shopify cannot calculate shipping rates for the order - resulting in the “not available for delivery” error.
To resolve this issue, ensure that all products in your bundle are correctly assigned to a shipping profile.
Step 1: Open Your Shipping Settings
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings.

- Click on Shipping and delivery. On the right, under Shipping profiles, find and click on your active shipping profile.

For the purposes of this guide, I have created a shipping profile for cookies. This profile contains five products, whereas the 'Cookies' builder contains seven. Let's look inside it.

And here is my 'Cookies' builder.

As you can see, two products are not included in my shipping profile. Let's go back to the shipping profile and add the missing products.
- Click Manage products and add missing products to the profile. Then click Done.

- New products have been added. Click Save when finished.

- Now go back to the checkout and try again.
✅ Done!

Once all items in your bundle share the same shipping profile, the “product not available for delivery” error will disappear. Customers will be able to check out successfully.
